Used to use Alberto V05 Extreme Style Creative Glue, Concrete Hold. Other products seem to be more gel-like and make my head itch. Thank you!

Have you tried going to their web site? Also try Sally's if you have one in your area or perhaps a salon (maybe they have something comparable).
