I also have the same color hair and I like the frost and glo for med. to dark hair. Just make sure when and if you try it that it is left in long enough or the hair will look kind of rusty.

I do mine ash brown underneath and ash blonde on the front and top....it looks great ..I'm fair too and with it light on the top my roots don't show very quickly.....everyone thinks it very stylish...
