We just learnt about that in bio class. Its when your DNA does not match up so she's basically naturally like that. Its no harm to her, in fact on the news i saw a baby who was born with a white patch on his hair and his father had an identical one, so maybe it runs in the family?

What I know and sure about is the reasons would be on of the following:
1- high tension.
2-genetically.
3- some perfumes could make ur hair white if it has been sprayed on the hair.
4- thinking too much.
