Is it normal to have ONE completely white hair at age 13 if you straigten it once a week?

I found my first completely white hair at the age of 12. I found a couple more at 18. I found maybe 6 at 25, and now that I'm almost *never-mind* years old I find I have A LOT of them. It's just nature doing it's thing. It's different for everyone.

It's fine. it's just your hair, and it is probably just EXTREMELY blond not white.

I heard that if one hits their head hard in some cases the hair will turn white in the place it received trauma. But thats what I heard not sure if its true.

My wife, and my (deceased) brother-in law both had white hair in their 20S. I have none, and am in my 60,s. Good luck.
