It can. It depends on the cause. Some recieve white hair due to physical trauma (head blows), psychological trauma, age, diet, or just because.

When I was in highschool a friend of mine with very dark (almost) black hair started getting white hair, a goodly amount of it. About two years later it was gone. For some reason, those particular hairs grew in white. Similarly, a male classmate was in a bad car accident and was peppered with white, this too went away.

No guarantee it will ever return to it's original shade, but there is some hope :)

My father went grey very early in life...all the girls called him the "Silver Fox", which pissed off my mother quite a bit.

I started getting white hairs in my early 30's. If someone comments on it I simply tell them I worked hard for each and every one of them.

You can either dye it (which always looks bad) or use it to your advantage.

Besides, lots of ladies like men with a little silver in the hair...it reminds them of their fathers.

you are probabaly graying prematurly.. it is not a big deal it happned to everyone sooner or later.. if it bothers you i would find a good hair solan and have fun with amazing hair colors out there... good luck

When I was in high school, my best friend had tons of white hair. It was hereditary from her mother's side of the family.

You can color it or dye it but that's about all. If you're really young - do you really want to spend the rest of your life putting chemicals on your hair and damaging it..............
