I'm trying to put these colour panels in my hair, i've bleached the parts i want white blonde from dyed black to yellow. This yellow is kind of brass with a slight hint of orange, so I used a platinum toner (purple based) to try and get the white blonde but it aint worked. what am i doing wrong? =\

Been there. You'll spend more then 200$ on bleach and toners before you get rid of that yellow! Please for the sake of your hair, time, n wallet; find a nearby cosmo school(ex.Carstens institute in tempe, az). Its a heck of a lot cheaper than doing it at home and you will get that diamond white hair that you want in one visit! Even if you don't live in AZ I'm sure theres something like a carstens wherever you live... well hope this helps and GOOD LUCK!!!

what number toner are you using? you may need a stronger one
