Is white hair advantage in the winter?is so,where would it be an advantage?

Usually, yes, it is an advantage- when you live in snowy climates, white hair helps to camoflauge you against your environment so its harder for predators to see you. Given this, white hair would only be advantageous in snowy climates/winter time though, which is why many animals such as rabbits who normally have brown hair (blends in with the environment during warmer months) undergo a color change as the temperature gets colder. Its a survival advantage.

Give the same color as snow and protect from predators.

It's not just the prey animals who get an advantage from white hair where there is snow. Arctic foxes and polar bears use it also as camouflage to sneak up on their prey.

As an aside, polar bears are fairly recently descended from brown bears. The bears with the lightest colored hair survived best and produced the most offspring (which inherited the lighter colored hair) as they moved farther north.
