I have brown hair and I once made it white by sprinkling it heavily with baby powder. If you're worried about it staying in, hairspray a little over the top of it.

DON'T USE SPRAYPAINT, as a previous poster suggested. It's not meant for use on the body and won't wash out like hairsprays do.

Try "Spencers" They have spray on stuff like that. I'm pretty sure they have white.

But you should concider a wig, they even have them at the halloween section in target or walmart.

They're not that much if you're concerned about the cost.

Either use a spray in temporary hair color or powder. But remember, powder may not make it totally white (depending on the color of your hair) and it will dry it out.
