I'm not sure if you mean animals or people but I'll assume you mean people.
People can get grey/white hair or even hair loss at a young age because of stress.
Why some children has white hair even though their young?
v. light blonde, normally! Occasionaly, could be albino.
Why some children has white hair even though their young?
The hair follicle hormones are stimulated through the last months of pregnancy, and so sometimes childeren can have white hairs during their youth due to them being 'uncoloured' as opposed to being grey from the colouring glands ceasing to function from old age.
Why some children has white hair even though their young?
It is a hereditary trait and some one in their family also has the same color hair. I think it is very pretty.

They call it being a tow head.. and my Dad was like that as a child and so was my husband. The hair darkens as they get older and usually end up being light brown. Its just a genetic thing you dont' see it as often nowadays.
Why some children has white hair even though their young?
the child might have Albinism
The word "albinism" refers to a group of inherited conditions. People with albinism have little or no pigment in their eyes, skin, or hair. They have inherited genes that do not make the usual amounts of a pigment called melanin.
One person in 17,000 in the U.S.A. has some type of albinism. Albinism affects people from all races. Most children with albinism are born to parents who have normal hair and eye color for their ethnic backgrounds. Often people do not recognize that they have albinism.
A common myth is that by definition people with albinism have red eyes. In fact there are different types of albinism, and the amount of pigment in the eyes varies. Although some individuals with albinism have reddish or violet eyes, most have blue eyes. Some have hazel or brown eyes.

This is called Albinoism. It is when you don't have any pigment in your skin, hair, eyes, etc.
Why some children has white hair even though their young?
The determination of when someone begins greying, whether it comes with aging or prematurely, seems to be almost entirely based on genetics. Sometimes people are born with grey hair because it is passed down genetically. The change in hair color is caused by the gradual decrease of pigmentation that occurs when melanin ceases to be produced in the hair root, and new hairs grow in without pigment. Two genes appear to be responsible for the process of greying, Bcl2 and Mitf. The stem cells at the base of hair follicles are responsible for producing melanocytes, the cells that produce and store pigment in hair and skin. The death of the melanocyte stem cells causes hair to begin going grey.[1]
