Some of the hair styles (not all, just some) have that as a selection. Haven't seen the cigarettes myself and wonder that YA would allow them, since the world is so anti-smoking these days. These may have been added by people themselves, in a graphics program, and then posted using the 360 page. Or, maybe there IS some odd place on the site that does include them -- I'd check, but I can't from here.
