ugh. tell me about it. im 24 with some white hairs that i have to dye over....its started with i was 17 tho, gotten a few mor since. and im not sure genetics have that big a play in it bc my parents just started getting them a few yrs back!?

It has a lot to do with diet as well. Saturated and trans fats are aging fats. Eat too many of these and you will look much older than you are.
